广东远大机械集团有限公司位于广东省韶关市黄岗，距市中心仅7公里,距广州200公里。贯通市区南北的京广铁路和京珠高速公路，以及穿境而过的106国道，为本公司提供了非常便利的交通条件。
    广东远大机械集团有限公司的前身是广东省机械工业厅直属企业—广东省矿山通用机械厂,始建于1971年；1992年与台湾正久机械有限公司合资成立中外合资企业——韶关正久机械有限公司;2004年改制建立广东远大机械集团有限公司。公司现有员工500余人，固定资产1.8亿元,厂区占地面积18万多平方米,厂房面积3万多平方米,本公司除生产矿山设备系列产品外。还拥有一、二类压力容器设计和制造许可证，B级锅炉设计和制造许可证，大、中型平面闸门、弧形闸门、压力钢管和栏污栅等生产许可证,并已通过ISO9001国际质量体系认证；韶关市的焊工考试委员会就设在本公司。

The precursor of the Guandong Yuanda MachineryCo.,Ltd. belonged to Guangdong Province Machinery Industry Office--Guangdong Mines General Machinery Factory which was set up in 1971. In 1992 she and Taiwan Masahisa Machinery Co.,Ltd. established a joint venture enterprise—aneoguan Masahisa Machinery Co., Ltd., and Shaoguan Yuanda Group Machinery Co.,Ltd. in 2004. Currently, thecompany has more than 500 employees, more than RMB 1.8 billion. yuans fix assets, 30,000 sq. m. of building areas on a land occupation of 180,000 sq. m.
